Our teaching kitchen has been expanded to provide a space for two exciting dining experiences...
March 2020 was the first of the abortive monthly Supper Clubs on the first Thursday of the month. Sharing with up to 14 people a multi course meal. Menus are very seasonal with ingredients chosen almost on the day! The atmosphere is relaxed and informal with encouragement to chat about the food and talk to fellow diners and the chef who prepares the food in the room with you! The supper clubs will return (hopefully!)
We also have a Chef's Table Private Dining experience for 2 to 6 people on a date of your choosing (subject to availability.) Chris Avey designs and cooks a five course menu with canapés for you, with explanations of the ingredients and cooking methods. Chef's Table will be available again for £54 per person, menus are vegan and vary with seasonality.
If you would like the Chef's table experience in your own home, speak to Chris about having him cook for you (social distancing rules permitting.)
